About me
From Bangkok to Palma de Mallorca, following the meridians.
Ilaria Cecutti — meridian physiotherapist, Psychosomatics practitioner, coach. 20 years working on the body and its emotional roots.

Ilaria Cecutti
For ten years I lived in Bangkok as a director at a Swiss company. A career built with dedication, in a country that transformed me. It was there that I discovered traditional Eastern medicine — and with it, a vocation I didn't know I had.
I studied at the Wat Po Traditional Medical School, the Buddhist temple in Bangkok that for centuries has preserved the knowledge of acupressure and Eastern physiotherapy. I recognised a natural talent for this work: the ability to feel where the body is blocked and to free it through pressure on the meridian points.
On returning to Europe I left my corporate career behind. A radical choice, made with clarity. Since then, for over twenty years, I have worked with people suffering from joint pain, chronic tension, physical and emotional blocks. I have integrated meridian physiotherapy with the principles of Psychosomatics, because thoughts and emotions deeply influence the human body through the nervous and endocrine systems and have a direct impact on physical health — and I have always been convinced of that.
I went on to deepen my practice with the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and life coaching: tools that complete the hands-on work and let me support the people I work with not only in easing physical pain, but also in coming to understand themselves.
“Thoughts and emotions deeply influence the human body through the nervous and endocrine systems. When the body speaks, it is worth pausing to listen.”

My move from a corporate career to holistic therapies came when I set out on a path of healing and care — for myself and for others: you leave the logic of results and budgets for the logic of listening to the messages of the body and of empathy with people's life stories.
My work is to help you translate what your body is telling you through its alarms: pain and stiffness.Ilaria Cecutti
