Psychosomatics
Your body has a story. Let's discover it together.
Every persistent physical symptom has an emotional root. Psychosomatics helps you find it.
How it works
Why the body expresses what the mind doesn't process.
Physical pain has an emotional root
Psychosomatics studies how each organ, each area of the body, corresponds to a specific type of emotional conflict. When that conflict is not processed, the body expresses it through a physical symptom.
It's not psychosomatic in the common sense
It doesn't mean 'it's all in your head'. The pain is real. The symptom exists. The question is: what is the biological message trying to reach you? Working on the emotional cause doesn't exclude physical treatment — it enhances it.
Massage opens, Psychosomatics decodes
Therapeutic massage dissolves tension, restores circulation, calms the nervous system. Psychosomatics brings awareness to the 'why'. Together, the two approaches create a change that lasts.
The starting point
Do you recognise any of these?
It's not just in your body. Every pain has a story.
«Chronic pain is not bad luck. It's the body's way of asking for attention on something unresolved.»— Ilaria Cecutti
Back pain that keeps coming back
You've tried massages, physiotherapy, rest. The pain goes away… and comes back. And no one can explain why.
Muscle tension linked to stress
Neck seizing up before an important meeting. Shoulders that tighten on their own under pressure. The body is speaking.
Anxiety you feel in your body
Tightness in the chest, a lump in the throat, an upset stomach. Emotions you can't process through the mind alone.
Chronic fatigue with no apparent cause
You sleep, you rest, but exhaustion never lifts. Your body is consuming energy trying to manage something unresolved.
Inexplicable sense of blockage
You know something is wrong but you can't pinpoint what. The body knows before the mind does.
Trauma or difficult past experiences
"I've moved past it all" — yet the body doesn't forget. Memory is also muscular, and sometimes it resurfaces.
Pain with no clear diagnosis
Tests are negative, doctors find nothing. But the pain is real. Perhaps the cause lies elsewhere.
Recurring migraines and headaches
Headaches that keep coming back, often linked to cervical tension, accumulated stress or unprocessed emotional states.

How Emotional Biodecoding works
A holistic and complementary approach to conventional medicine.
Emotional Biodecoding (also known as Bioneuroemotion) identifies and releases unconscious emotional conflicts linked to physical and psychological disorders. By focusing on the mind-body connection, it offers a complementary — not alternative — perspective to conventional medicine.
Reduces chronic stress
Works on the emotional causes that keep the nervous system in a state of alert.
Treats persistent problems
Useful for chronic pain, phobias, anxiety and emotional imbalances that don't respond to other approaches.
Improves quality of life
Promotes emotional balance and integral wellbeing through awareness of the biological message.
Non-invasive approach
No drugs, no invasive techniques. Just listening, reflection and personal processing tools.
Psychosomatics sessions and therapeutic massages are complementary practices. They do not replace medical diagnoses or therapies prescribed by qualified health professionals. I always recommend continuing to see your own doctor alongside our work together.
